📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.,Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the company's technology needs are met.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
