📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion items, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and body types.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented and inviting retail environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Square, Clover, or Lightspeed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking activities to ensure product availability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and collections to provide informed advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
