PT FORTUNE TREE INDONESIA is looking for a dedicated KOL Specialist to join our team. The KOL Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on TikTok for affiliate marketing and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and recruit potential KOLs on TikTok for affiliate marketing and creator partnerships.,Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to ensure they are engaged and aligned with our brand values.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services through KOLs.,Monitor and analyze the performance of KOLs to ensure they are meeting our KPIs.,Provide regular reports and updates to the marketing team on the status of KOL partnerships.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that KOL partnerships are driving revenue growth.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of affiliate marketing and creator partnerships is a plus.
