Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the clinic's cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  • Training and supervising junior cashiers.
  • Resolving any financial discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in cash handling and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
