📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate clients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest occupational therapy techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all activities and interventions.
• Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and strategies to improve functional abilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, research, and best practices in occupational therapy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and functional improvement.
• Professional certification as an Occupational Therapist (e.g., SIOP, AOTA).
• Experience with clients who have a wide range of disabilities and chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple treatment plans and schedules.
