PT Damar Antar is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team on the ground.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation by implementing and monitoring food safety protocols.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.,Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
