📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of a specific section within the company.,Coordinate and oversee the daily operations and activities of the team.,Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Report to the Section Head on the progress and performance of the team.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the company's operations and processes.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
