📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
