📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.

Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage departmental budget and resources.

Represent the department in company meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using office software and tools.
