City Point Sejahtera is looking for a Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our fleet operations and ensuring the smooth running of our logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain the condition of the vehicles in the fleet.,Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and other documentation related to fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.,Provide support in the development and implementation of safety programs for the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to drive a vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
