Den Nest Pratama is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Generalist to join our growing team in Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the company thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Support the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
