📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
