📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Support the HR manager in strategic planning,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in English and Indonesian,Creative and innovative problem solver
