Data Shop Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Balikpapan. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a difference. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the conduct of employee performance evaluations.,Assist in the administration of employee training and development programs.,Assist in the administration of employee leave and attendance.,Assist in the administration of employee health and safety programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or related field.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
