🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR software and practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
