📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
