📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain product availability.,Conduct regular audits to assess outlet performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
