📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day security operations at the office.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure the safety of the premises and employees.,Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and potential threats.,Monitor and respond to security alarms and emergencies promptly.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.,Provide security training and guidance to junior security staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security of the organization.,Keep accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
