📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
