As a Pharmacist Intern, you will work closely with our procurement team to source medications from reputable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. You will also assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies using tools like SAP or Oracle. This internship provides a fantastic platform to build your skills in a real-world setting while contributing to the smooth operation of our pharmacy supply chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the procurement process by sourcing high-quality pharmaceutical products from reliable suppliers.
• Participate in vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Support the development and implementation of inventory management strategies using SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and place reorder requests to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement and inventory activities.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with the procurement and inventory management teams to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical procurement and inventory management principles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• English language skills are a plus.
