📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Report on store performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
