📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and profitable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,A strong understanding of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,A valid food safety certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,A degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
