📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Monitor front desk operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain the hotel's high standards of hospitality.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Good knowledge of English and local language.
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid ID and clean criminal record.
