Bold Local Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Gresik. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
