📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote Schneider Electric's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in energy management and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of energy management and automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of Indonesian market and customer needs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
