📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure that goals are being met.,Participate in team meetings and provide input on project plans and strategies.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures and that they are being followed.,Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a professional environment.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel as needed.
