- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring all services are performed to the highest standards.
- Lead a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage inventory and parts orders, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with service advisors and parts teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor workshop performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Train and develop the workshop team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in managing automotive workshops and teams.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD and SAP.
- Certification in automotive repair or a related field is a plus.
