📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the General Counsel on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to support the company's business objectives
• Manage and oversee legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, labor, and environmental laws
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions and partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role
• Strong legal knowledge and understanding of Indonesian and international laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Proven experience in managing complex legal matters and providing high-quality legal advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
