📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist chefs and sommeliers in preparing and serving meals and drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and other relevant software to process orders and payments efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a service role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including their preparation and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
• Valid food handling certificate and any other relevant certifications.
