📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure optimal product placement and inventory management.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop data-driven merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.
• Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising techniques to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in general merchandise trading, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing merchandising teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
