📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize manufacturing and logistics workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations and minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and logistics planning.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and logistics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or logistics operations planning.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications is a plus.
