📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant databases and tracking systems.
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
