📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist patients with their mobility needs, ensuring they are safe and comfortable during transportation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, helping them feel valued and respected.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe and reliable service.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of medications, if required.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Handle and dispose of medical waste in accordance with safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient care or a related field.
• Certification in First Aid or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry patients as needed.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
